The Consignments area provides comprehensive tools to manage all aspects related to artwork consigned to the gallery, as well as for those times when the gallery consigns artwork out to a 3rd party.
When artwork is sold, the Artwork Manager automatically calculates and tracks any commission due to a consignor. Consignor reports show which commissions have been paid, as well as payments which are due to a consignor.
The Consignment Agreement provides professional looking documentation of the gallery/consignor relationship. In addition to listing the terms and conditions of consignment, the Consignment Agreement includes images of consigned artwork.
Consignor Receipt Forms provide an easy way to track payments made to a consignor, as well as providing the Consignor with pertinent details related to the commission calculation.
When the gallery consigns artwork out to a 3rd party, it's a breeze to generate the Consigned Out agreement in Artwork Manager.
