	Financial Reports Several standard reports related to financial data reside in the Artwork Manager, and can be easily accessed and filtered by various criteria such as date, location, status, etc... Additionally, you can generate custom reports through the Query Builder function, and save them to your Data Library to be run again at any point in the future, querying the current state of your database. Financial information can be viewed on screen, or exported in .CSV (comma-separated value) format. Exports of Invoice data are easily imported into most accounting programs, such as Quicken or Quickbooks. Should you require something special in order to integrate these reports with your specific accounting software, we can work with you to accomplish these modifications. Invoices with an Outstanding Balance View details related to all invoices with an outstanding balance. The TOTAL amount outstanding is indicated at the bottom of this report. Additionally, an auto-email reminder is sent to designated gallery personnel informing them of invoices with an outstanding balance where no payment has been applied for 30 days: "ORDER #_______ has an outstanding balance of $________ and should be sent a reminder". Monthly Tax Report Knowing the amount of tax the gallery has collected each month is always at your fingertips. Within the Invoices area, you can view all Invoices with a tax amount greater than zero. This report can be filtered by the date the invoice was created or by the date the invoice was paid in full, and can be easily exported in an Excel document.
