Website Design
There are 3 basic scenarios with getting your Website integrated with our software so you can entirely manage your Website while seamlessly embracing the power of the Artwork Manager-tm
- New Site Design - Review some of our existing client websites and choose a couple designs you'd like to emulate in style and architecture. From here, our design staff will assist you in achieving the look & feel of your new website and show you how to edit your design in your Artwork Manager-tm. Some site designs such as "CUSTOM" may require extra time, in which we would provide an estimate at our hourly rates.
- Existing Site Design - Keep your existing Website design as is... we'll infuse our powerful functionality inside your design so you can manage your website in-house while keeping the exact look & feel of your existing site. Remember you can always provide a login for your Web Designer once we've wrapped it inside our functionality.
- 3rd-Party Designer - If you're already working with a Web Designer there are no conflicts. We simply work together to implement your new design. Once we've wrapped it around our functionality, you and/or the designer can maintain the design using our tools in the Artwork Manager-tm.
Data Imports
Wondering about bringing over data from your prior system(s)? No worries. We can work in just about any format such as .txt, .csv, .xls, .mdb, .sql and more. Imports are charged separately at $100 per hour and until we see your imports and understand exactly what information you are wanting brought over, we cannot provide an accurate estimate. However, most new clients request their Contacts be imported which, takes approximately 1 hour.
