Transactions & Reporting
Sales transactions are made easy the QuickSale-TM function and sales made through your website are handled via e-Commerce. All sales transactions, whether processed by you or online, are
related to the artwork inventory and contact records. QuickSale -TM links it all together in a coherent way that simplifies your daily routine.
Generate an invoice using QuickSale-TM, and the Artwork Manager automatically updates:
- the buyer's purchase history
- the buyer's gross amount spent
- the artwork inventory record
- any commission due to a consignor/consignee
- the artist's Statistics page (Gallery Solution)
Additionally, if an image of the artwork appears on your website, it will automatically be either designated as sold OR removed from the website, based on the preference you have set.
Invoice reports can be readily exported to 3rd-party accounting packages or used independently.
