How long are your contracts?
Artwork Manager subscriptions are available month-to-month or annually. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes! Annual subscriptions include one month free.
Are there any other discounts available?
Yes! In addition to our annual subscription discount, we offer a few additional discounts. Our referral program gives you a monthly discount for each gallery and artist you refer. Our Managed Artwork Footer link gives you a monthly discount on your integrated website by adding a small link at the bottom of your website to our website.
Do I need a domain?
You only need a website domain if you add the integrated Website feature. You can use all of the Artwork Manager’s powerful art business tools without an integrated website. In this case, you would not need a website domain.
Can I get a custom domain name?
We do not currently sell domains. You may purchase a website domain from any domain company and use it for your Artwork Manager hosted website. Some companies you might consider are GoDaddy.com, Dotster.com, or Name.com.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes! If you already own a website domain, whether with an active website or not, you can use it for your new Artwork Manager integrated website. When you are ready to publish your new website, we’ll help you with directing it correctly.
Is a website included?
The Enterprise gallery or Professional artist plans include an integrated website. Just provide a website domain. For other plan levels, you may purchase the website feature for an additional monthly charge. Our websites include hosting, SSL, and tools for managing your search engine optimization.
What is a free SSL certificate, and why do I need one?
Our integrated websites include an SSL certificate. With your site secured by SSL, your visitors will see a green secure lock icon when browsing your site in their browser address bar. SSL improves your website rankings in Google and other search engines and gives your visitors extra confidence in the security of your website.
Is e-commerce included?
Yes! Our integrated website feature includes e-commerce at no extra charge. Just connect your PayPal account to your Artwork Manager and begin selling artwork online. Each website template has features designed to showcase and sell your artwork online from View On A Wall, MyCollection, Suggested Works, and more. Set your shipping prices and choose which items are available for e-commerce. When a collector purchases one of your items, you will be notified by the Artwork Manager so you can ship your art.
Do my customers have to have a PayPal account to buy on my website?
No, your customers do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase on your website. They may also pay using a credit or debit card.
What is the View-On-A-Wall preview?
Your website will include a View On A Wall feature. Give your collectors a preview of your artwork to scale in a room where they change the wall color, try out different artwork frames, and then download a tear sheet.
Do you offer email accounts?
We do not currently offer email accounts. However, you can typically purchase email accounts from your domain company or through email providers such as Google Business or Microsoft Exchange.
Can I send email newsletters through the Artwork Manager?
Yes! Our Enterprise gallery and Professional artist plans include the Bulk Email feature. For all other plan levels, you may purchase Bulk Email for an additional charge. Stay in touch with your collectors through newsletters, and manage your contact records all in one service with the Artwork Manager + Bulk Email.
How do I sign up?
View our plans and select the plan that fits your current usage levels. Upgrade or downgrade at any time.
How do I cancel?
If you need to cancel your account, email us at email@example.com. You can easily export your data from the Artwork Manager.
